Katie is the Founder of Sky Limited Consulting, a company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations soar beyond their limits and achieve their fullest potential—all for the glory of God. Her work is grounded in a personal faith in Christ and a desire to serve through His love, mercy, justice, righteousness and grace, ensuring that every initiative and engagement reflects His light and brings Him honor.
With over 29 years of international experience, Katie brings deep expertise, broad knowledge, strategic insight, godly wisdom and practical experience to address the challenges organizations face today. She has worked extensively with governments, nonprofit organizations, Christian ministries, and international development institutions, helping them strengthen leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and deliver sustainable impact.
Katie has particular expertise in school inspection and improvement, organizational development, management consulting, leadership coaching, governance, training, and project management. Her coaching methods are designed to empower and inspire people to walk confidently in their God-given identity, realize their fullest potential, and live purposefully in alignment with Christian values.
A philanthropist at heart, Katie has supported organizations in developing countries to improve lives and continues to serve nonprofit organizations in multiple capacities. She is an Associate with Vantage Point, empowering nonprofit boards to lead with integrity and effectiveness. Passionate about education, women empowerment, children’s well-being, identity in Christ, and poverty reduction, Katie is always seeking opportunities to create meaningful and lasting impact in communities worldwide.
